Hip-Hop Playlists
If there’s one genre of music that speaks to me, it has to be Hip-Hop/Rap. Since the first time I heard Run DMC’s “Sucker MCs”, I was hooked. So if there’s a playlist collecrion I need to represent, it would be this. You’ll find I have the most Hip-Hop playlists in my collection.
Neo/Classic/Soul Playlists
There’s something about vibrating Fendor Rhodes, ground-shaking muddy basslines, and swelling strings that define my musical tastes. Being a producer, I gravitate toward classic soul music as my foundational inspiration. And in the soul movement of the R&B genre, you can hear it. My collection of soul playlists consists of this.

The main thing about Hip-Hop that I love is the production. So how could I not devote a collection of playlists to all of my favorite producers and beat makers—old and new. Keep in mind, this is a collection of Boom Bap and Lo-fi legengs.
