Music has always been in me. As a kid, whenever I loved a song, I had to share it. In the mid-80s, I religiously tuned in to Uncle Jamm’s Army broadcasts on 1580 KDAY, pressing a tape recorder to the speaker to capture every beat. I’d make copies and pass them to friends—soon, I became the go-to guy for new music. That’s when I got curious about DJs beyond backing rappers.
In 2006, I joined Flowink, LLC, eventually becoming Music Director, dropping monthly mixes for four top-rated shows. Engaging with artists taught me how to keep fresh, unreleased tracks in my inbox. After a decade, I launched my own brand, continuing to DJ for high-profile mix shows and podcasts like 1indienation, RapTS Radio, and Keakie. Today, you can find most of my mixes here or on Mixcloud.
