After 2 years of starts and stops, my last upcoming project I Was Staring To Forget About You is about 90% done. I’ve loaded the reference tracks up to Bandcamp, so I can listen to the track order and pick out any last minute tweaks i want to do. It’s strange but funny how you never know where a creative endeavor is going to go. I was working on another project “Open 24 Hours” for most of the time, when I started steering away from samples and playing around with instruments. Before long, I felt my best work was coming from these MIDI experiments and started focus on them. This put 24 Hours on the back burner as I went down this rabbit hole. What I came out with is a 17-track opus to me feeling like I finally found my way back to the creative process. I’m scheduling this release for sometime in October, but plans can change. STAY TUNED!
