I can’t tell you why i don’t have Phonte Coleman in my top 5 lyricists of all time. i think i listen to him and Little Brother the most on Spotify. And to this day, I get shocked by the dope bars I’m still discovering. But nothing beats the feature verses he has on Torae’s 2016 single “Clap Shit Up”.
