DC vs. Vampires: World War V #1

After finishing up Marvel Comics vampire-themed event Blood Hunt, I went back to read DC vs Vampires from a couple years ago. I had forgotten home much i enjoyed the craziness. So it’s good to see Matthew Rosenberg returnin to the vampire univers in DC vs. Vampires: World War V. We pick up where the last series left off: the vampire war rages on between Barbara Gordon, Queen of the Vampire Nation and Damian Wayne, the leader of the vampire resistence… with John Constintine and Green Arrow’s human refugee caught in the middle.
Rosenberg sets up a great first issue re-establishing where we left off, by giving us the main players and one hell of a cliffhanger. I don’t want to say too much more, as i might starting giving way some surprise moments, but this will be the a limited series that I will watch very closely.
