Even though i only made it through a third of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, I'm looking forward to Jedi Survivor.
Since as far back as i can remember, I've made the annual release of WWE video games a major event. The 2K series has been my primary drug, and even though a lot of the versions weren't exactly that great, the hype was always real. This year, WWE2K23 seems to promise a lot of updates to last year's version. The 2 things I've been wanting, expanded MyGM mode and some additions to Universe Mode could make this a must-have with replayability for the entire year.
I use to love THQ's wrestling games for the Nintendo 64. WWF No Mercy, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, WCW/NWO World Tour, and WCW/NWO Revenge were all great games. And it looks like game developer Hyperfocus Games is about to drop Ultra Pro Wrestling, a spiritual successor to those early THQ games.
I don't think I'm going to make it to both the end of the show and the game. My heart can't take it.
Well, it's that time again. Every year about this time I plop $100 down to get the latest WWE simulation game from 2K. Yes, it's pretty much the same game from the previous year, but this has become something of a ritual. This franchise is hands down the one that I play throughout the year.

Outnumbered and out-gunned, lead the Phantom Brigade through a desperate campaign to retake their war-torn homeland.

From there on, I switched up when Microsoft released the first X-Box and I've been in that camp ever since. But I had to admit that Sony has some pretty dope exclusives that i needed to get my hands on. The Last of Us, Parts I and II, The Uncharted Series, The Spider-man Series, etc...
So I finally bit the bullet and ordered my PS5. No it sits next to my TV and I have to be honest... I'm still mostly playing my Xbox…
Gaming's a big part of my life these days. Especially with the introduction of the Pandemic, there wasn't a lot of things to do at home. Game became my sanity. Anytime I would feel that build up of anxiety on the way, I could grab my controller and get lot in aliens, or sports, or whatever the game of the moment was. Mobile gaming has been a big part of that also. With the power of mobile devices almost reach that same as consoles, it no longer feels like a 2nd tier game experience to grab your phone or tablet…
It's no secret that i've been a wrestling game fanatic since I owned a Playstation 2. At the forefront of that, WWE has always been my brand of choice. WWF No Mercy may be my favorite wrestling game of all time, but the 2K series (previolusly
