I was recently having a discussion with someone about creative inspirations. We were going down the list of people who inspired us in music, movies, writing, and other things. A lot of 'interesting' names came up on both of our lists when we decided to get real and strip away the quality of their character. My friend (a successful screenwriter) had to admit that Woody Allen was a big inspiration for his creative writing. Even with disgusting sexual allegations, she had to admit that his writing genius was something that she admired.
For me, I had to come clean and admit…
I forgot how good Star Wars Rebels was. And the fact that Dave Filoni is bringing the animated characters into the live action Ahsoka series is a gift from above. We've already saw some characters show up in The Mandalorian. This is the perfect set up.
I was a big fan of the first game that came out a forever ago. I'm hoping this new game keeps the magic.
BBC Sound Of 2022 singer and rapper ENNY is a soulful, truth-talking lyricist of Nigerian heritage (London born and raised). Influenced by her Mother's Gospel records, her Dad's jazz records and her siblings playing hip-hop, garage and indie tunes around the house it's clear to see how all of these elements helped shape Enny's rich sound coupled with her conscious, impeccable songwriting skills.

After 2 pretty good initial seasons under their belt, season 3 of Star Trek Picard has no right to be as good as it is. Billed that a love letter to the fans of Star Trek: The Next Generation and a final farewell to the original crew, this season has been an incredible ride. True, we're once again dipping into the Borg "well", but the writing has been 'motion picture' levels of good. They've found excellent ways to organically pull the entire crew back together (even the deceased Data), and made every single one of the crew (even the previously criminally…

I've been writing a bunch of small stories about the zombie apocalypse for years. I've realized I can rework all those stories into the same universe and put a slight twist on it. It's been years since I wrote the parts, but they still hold up. I'll plan to publish the novel at the end of the year.
Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau return in Marvel Studios' #TheMarvels , only in theaters November 10.

My last audiobook obsession was Mark Tufo's Zombie Fallout Series. The incredible tale of uber-vampire-turned-superhero Michael Talbot has kept me on the hook for (currently) 20 books! That's not counting the side quests of Lycan Fallout, Demon Fallout, Indian Hill, and the interesting (if somewhat confusing) crossover with John O'Brien's Jack Walker, A Shrouded World. After getting caught up, I started looking for another series to satisfy my reading craving. One thing I did love about the Zombie Fallout series was the award-winning narrator, Sean Runnette. A quick search led me to yet another 'vampire' series, Garon Whited's Nightlord Series.
I'm on book 4 of 7…
