To make an embarrassing admission, I like video games. That's what got me into software engineering when I was a kid. I wanted to make money so I could buy a better computer to play better video games - nothing like saving the world.

For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: 'If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?' And whenever the answer has been 'No' for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

I've been following Hailey Knox's career ever since she dropped "Gucci Prada Balenciaga" in 2022. It's good to see someone with so much talent and love for music finally starting to the exposure she deserves. I think i've had every song she's dropped in heavy rotation. It feels like "Double Jeopardy" will be more of the same.
Bethesda presents Starfield: The Lofi Girl Remixes
I've been playing Starfield since the day it's dropped. It has everything i love in a game. And even though it's 'cool' to hate on it, I'm still loving everything about it. And one of the great aspects about the game is the excellent orchestral soundtrack that never gets old. So how do you think i felt when I discovered that Bethesda partnered with YouTube's very own Lofi Girl to produce a playlist of remixes inspired by the Starfield soundtrack? I had this up on my site awhile back but I love it so much, I had to post it twice. Enjoy!

It was so light, I added Brian Bendis' latest comic run so i could play catch up. But somewhere inside this sea of 'meh', Johnathan Hickman popped up writing as one-shot starring one of the coolest Marvel villains out there... so it HAD TO BE my pick up the week!

Nothing in the world is the way it ought to be. It's harsh and cruel. But that's why there's us. Champions. It doesn't matter where we come from, what we've done or suffered, or even if we make a difference. We live as though the world was what it should be, to show it what it can be.
