On-Brand Product Photos With Claude Code
Turn a brand profile, a product image, and a small set of references into a repeatable product-photo generator.
What You Need
Claude Code
Use it to write the prompt plan, keep the brand rules organized, and run the generation workflow.
Image Model Access
The source guide uses fal.ai for pay-per-image access to Google's Nano Banana 2 / Gemini image model family. Verify current model names and pricing before you run a batch.
Brand Profile
Save voice, palette, audience, product constraints, and what the images should never do.
Reference Images
Collect 3 to 5 examples for lighting, mood, styling, and composition. They steer taste better than adjectives.
Build the Generator
- Set up Claude Code in VS Code, Cursor, or your normal coding environment.
- Create or connect a fal.ai API key, or use fal's MCP route if you prefer not to write a script.
- Make a small project folder containing a brand style profile, product notes, reference images, and a generation script or MCP instructions.
- Hand Claude your brand link, product image, and references. Ask for a named shot list before generating.
- Generate in batches, then keep only the images that match the brand system. Delete anything that drifts.
Create 30 product photo prompts for [product] using the attached brand profile and reference images.
Keep the product accurate. Keep logo, label, shape, and materials consistent.
Make the shots feel like one campaign: same light family, palette, mood, and level of polish.
Return a shot list first, grouped by hero, detail, lifestyle, seasonal, and ad-use images.
After I approve the list, generate the images one batch at a time.Public-use caution: reference images should guide art direction, not copy another photographer's exact image.
