Train for the Agent Manager Era
The future job is less about doing every task yourself and more about scoping, delegating, reviewing, and improving agent work.
First Week
What to Practice
- Pick one business workflow with a clear output: research brief, report, content plan, support triage, or QA pass.
- Break it into specialist roles. Each agent gets one job, one input, one output, and one success standard.
- Review agent output with four checks: truth, usefulness, completeness, and risk.
- Write down every correction. Repeated corrections become prompts, rules, skills, or evals.
Weekend Build
Build me a 3-agent research desk.
Agent 1 gathers sources and extracts claims.
Agent 2 checks the claims and flags weak evidence.
Agent 3 turns verified material into a concise brief.
I am the manager. Before the final answer, show me each agent's output, the review checklist, and what changed after review.Vocabulary to Know
Agent, tool, context, memory, connector, MCP, eval, guardrail, handoff, human approval.
Interview Pitch
"I can turn repeatable work into managed AI workflows, review outputs against standards, and improve the system from corrections."
