Upgrading My External Storage To The Samsung T5 2TB SSD
Right now I’m running around with multiple portable USB drives to store my personal content. I have an older Western Digital USB Micro-B drive which holds my design stuff (graphic resources, templates, software installs), I have a shock-proof Silicon Power 5TB drive (that won’t boot even boot anymore) with a back up of my mp3 library, books, comic books and Design and Video Job archive, and an assortment of USB flash drives with misc stuff. So I’m looking to consolidate all that onto a Samsung T5 SSD UBS-C drive. I already own a 500GB model and it’s been running flawlessly for a year holding my mp3 library which I alternate between iTunes and my Plex server. Now I’m going to get the 2TB version to consolidate all of my content.
